Roseau Electric Cooperative, a Touchstone Energy Cooperative, is an electric distribution cooperative providing power to more than 6,400 rural customers in Roseau, Lake of the Woods, Marshall and Beltrami Counties. As a distribution cooperative, we purchase electricity and distribute it over more than 2,220 miles of Roseau Electric Co-op owned power lines.
