How to change or update your electric service with the cooperative.

Transferring electric service can easily get overlooked in the hustle and bustle of moving. We want to make the process as seamless as possible for our member-owners. Contact our office by calling 218-463-1543 or 888-847-8840 to start the process.

If you will be moving into a location served by Roseau Electric Cooperative and have not previously had service in your name, please contact us to receive a membership application. For more information on becoming a member, visit New Member Information.

If you have questions or need assistance, please contact our Customer Service department at 218-463-1543 or 888-847-8840 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Have your new address and/or forwarding mailing address ready when you call.

To transfer the electric billing of a service you are moving INTO, please call us at 218-463-1543 or 888-847-8840. (If you are unsure if the location you are moving into is served by Roseau Electric Cooperative, simply let us know when you give us a call.)
