Rebate Programs

Roseau Electric Cooperative recognizes that energy conservation is the best way for members to reduce their electric bills. See below for details about the programs and rebates offered to our members. We offer incentive programs for both residential and commercial accounts. Find available forms below. In order to be eligible, rebates must be submitted within the calendar year of installation.

These programs offer rebates for a variety of products, including off-peak electric heating equipment, air-source heat pumps, geothermal heat pumps, insulation upgrades, programmable thermostats and more!

For business members applying for a rebate larger than $600, please complete and submit a Form W-9.
